EinScan Rigil Wireless Laser Scanner with Built-In Computing and Hybrid Light
EinScan Rigil
The Tri-Mode Laser 3D Scanner
EinScan Rigil is the world’s first Tri-Mode 3D scanner with built-in computing, wireless solution and hybrid light technology. EinScan Rigil offers a fully integrated 3D scanning wireless workflow with triple work modes that effectively eliminates the traditional compromise between computing power and flexibility.
- Triple Work Modes: Standalone & Wireless PC & Wired PC
- Hybrid Light Source: Blue Laser + IR VCSEL
- Marker-Free Laser Scanning
- Fully Wireless Workflow
Key Features
Laser HD Mode
Provides high-quality models with 0.04 + 0.06 mm/m volumetric accuracy and high geometric resolution up to 0.05mm.
- 19 + 19 crossed laser lines: for high speed scanning, delivers top-tier efficiency and flexibility.
- 7 parallel laser lines: for fine details, provides consistent results.
Two Scanners in One
With two dedicated camera and projector groups, EinScan Rigil adapts perfectly to both laser and infrared light. This ensures accurate data capture and reliable performance, even in challenging lighting conditions.
Marker-Free Laser Scanning, Even Outdoors
EinScan Rigil’s advanced tracking algorithm enables marker-free blue laser scanning—more efficient than traditional marker-based scanning and more accurate than IR-only scanning. Both blue laser and infrared VCSEL are designed to perform reliably even in bright sunlight.
Triple Work Modes
The EinScan Rigil offers three operation modes to unlock max performance and flexibility
- Standalone Mode: No PC connection required, all scanning and processing tasks are completed directly on the hardware.
- Wireless PC Mode: Leveraging built-in Wi-Fi 6, enables seamless wireless scanning and allows connection to a powerful computer, optimising performance for complex tasks and large data volumes.
- Wired PC Mode: Maintaining availability, maximum scanning speed, and data volume in complex network environments.
Hybrid Light Source
2 separate groups of cameras are specifically designed to capture different light sources respectively.
- Blue laser lines
- VCSEL infrared
IR Rapid Mode
VCSEL Infrared-powered scanning solution for high efficiency and wide coverage of medium to large objects.
- Volumetric accuracy up to 0.1 + 0.3 mm/m
- Working distance 160 ~ 1500 mm.
- Scanning speed up to 1,600,000 points/s
Full Colour Texture Scanning
Equipped with a 5MP high-definition camera that can restore high-quality texture details, allowing designers, engineers, and artists to maintain a high fidelity of the model during the digitisation process, providing more precise information for subsequent analysis and creation.
