Engrave Metal and Jewellery to a Standard That Builds Repeat Customers

The G2 Pro delivers consistent, jewellery-grade results because of how its core components work together, not just because of raw power.

At the centre is an industrial-grade galvo system, which uses mirrors to steer the laser beam electronically rather than moving the material or laser head physically. This is what allows it to hold ±0.001 mm repeat accuracy, as there's no mechanical drift or vibration to affect precision between passes.

The 30W Ytterbium fibre laser operates at a 1064 nm wavelength, a frequency well absorbed by metals specifically. This is why the machine marks stainless steel, titanium, gold, and silver cleanly, without the scorching or inconsistent contrast associated with laser types built for organic materials.

Speed and precision don't typically come together, but here they do. Because the galvo system repositions the beam electronically rather than mechanically, the machine can operate at up to 15,000 mm/s without compromising the accuracy needed for fine detail work.

This combination is also why the machine can go deep as well as fine — up to 3 mm into metal on the 30W model — as the beam's energy stays tightly focused rather than dispersing, as it would with a lower-grade optical setup.

The result is a machine that behaves less like a hobbyist tool and more like scaled-down industrial equipment, making it well-suited to a business relying on consistent output rather than one-off projects.

Workflow Advantages

  • Industrial-grade galvo system — Work with the same core technology used in larger production setups, supporting consistent, repeatable results across orders.
  • 0.001 mm engraving precision — Take on fine detail work, such as jewellery engraving or small serial numbers, with output that holds up under close inspection.
  • 15,000 mm/s marking speed — Move through batch and bulk orders efficiently, helping you meet turnaround expectations without compromising quality.
  • Fully enclosed, radiation-proof shell — Operate the machine indoors in a shared studio or small business space, with a design built around operator safety.
  • 360° rotary engraving support — Extend your product range to cylindrical items such as rings, mugs, and pens, without needing separate equipment.
  • Handheld and inclined engraving support — Mark items that don't fit neatly under a standard bed, giving you flexibility for irregular or oversized pieces.
  • LightBurn and GWEIKE Glaser compatibility — Fit the machine into an existing workflow or software setup, rather than learning a proprietary system from scratch.
  • Live engraving preview — Check placement and sizing before committing the laser to the material, reducing wasted stock on custom or one-off pieces.
  • Simple focusing system — Move between jobs and materials efficiently, keeping setup time low during busy production periods.
